Every conversation is shaped by a Chartered Practitioner who knows you. The AI does not operate alone. It is a rigorous, grounded extension of an existing circle of care, not a replacement for it. Three principles make it real:

You, your companion and your Chartered Practitioner sit inside one continuous, encrypted loop. Every message is checked for safety; every session is distilled into memory; every curation decision belongs to a human professional.

Access starts with a pairing ceremony with a Chartered Practitioner — a shared encryption key binds you both. No referral, no account.
Your vault boots, alone
Each session spins up your personal encrypted container. Your history decrypts in memory and re-seals when you leave.
Talk, with a safety net
Every message passes independent safety triage before and after the AI answers. Worries and concerns escalate to your human Chartered Practitioner — never to an algorithm alone.
The loop closes
Sessions become immutable summaries; your Chartered Practitioner sees what changed since their last visit and refines your companion's guidance accordingly.

Privacy & security
Structurally private, not just policy-private
Privacy here is an architecture, not a checkbox. Seal your vault and it becomes a guarantee: what we cannot read, we cannot leak, sell, or be compelled to hand over.
LUKS2-encrypted vaults
AES-XTS disk encryption with Argon2id key derivation. Your entire history lives in one image that decrypts only inside your own isolated container.
The three-key model
Up to three keys open a vault: the one tied to your sign-in, a recovery phrase only you hold once you seal it, and the professional key of the Chartered Practitioner you pair with. The vault is yours: you choose who reads it, and you can end a pairing at any time.
Seal it, and it's guaranteed
Every vault is encrypted. If you leave yours unsealed, we can open it to help you, and we may learn from anonymised conversations to improve The Human Loop. Seal it, and its keys are made on your device: we cannot open it, and nothing in it is ever used to improve our tools — by construction, not by promise.
Audit trail, committed
Every mutation to a vault is a git commit with actor attribution — Chartered Practitioner, user, system. The history of your care is tamper-evident.
European infrastructure
Our servers and storage are in the EU, and our mail is our own. Your chat history never touches a database — only account details and operational metadata do. Replies come from an external AI provider; EU-only AI processing for sealed vaults is coming during the beta.
Data minimisation by default
Safety alerts to Chartered Practitioners contain a name and a doorbell — never sensitive content. The less data leaves the vault, the less there is to protect.
